Before any contract is signed or reservation made, we provide you with clear terms regarding the property. These include pricing information, reservation fee, deposits required and service charges (property manager costs) plus the cost of any extras required. We also recommend that you appoint a professional legal advisor to carry out all legal aspects of your home purchase and represent your interests throughout.
